The Fall Day of Mindfulness is included in the Fall Mindfulness for Fertility Program and already included in the Fall Program fee. However, it is also open for those who are not registered for the full series, but who are interested in an intensive introduction to Mindfulness Meditation or looking for extended practice time.

It is an opportunity for participants to deepen their Mindfulness practice. This day includes sitting meditation, walking meditation, body scan, mindful movements, eating meditation, loving-kindness meditation and a review of the 6-week-long course. Much of the day will be practiced in silence and participants are required to bring a bagged-lunch.

Meditation cushions, benches and chairs will be provided on-site. Bring a yoga mat if you have one, and please come dressed in comfortable loose clothing.
