The Spring Day of Mindfulness workshop is an introduction to the Mindfulness for Fertility Program. We will touch on how stress can negatively impact reproductive health, and how to effectively reverse these harmful effects.

This workshop is an opportunity to dive into Mindfulness Practice, to develop practical skills to calm the mind and the body, stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, strengthen resilience to stress, and restore reproductive hormone balance. It is an invitation to cultivate peace moving forward.

This Day of Mindfulness will be formally guided and structured, participatory, and experiential. We will explore various Mindfulness Meditation practices, including breath awareness and mindful movements like fertility yoga and Qi Gong meridian exercises.

Participants are required to bring a bagged-lunch.

Meditation cushions, benches and chairs will be provided on-site. Bring a yoga mat if you have one, and please come dressed in comfortable loose clothing.

There will be a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations made up until the registration closing date. Unfortunately, there will be no refunds after this time.

However, registration fees will be fully refunded in the case of a medically confirmed pregnancy at any point prior to the course start date.
